Transfef prints are like tattoos. The ink of a photocopy is transfered into the surface of the substrate. What is white in the photocopy becomes clear on the transfered surface and in my case the wood panels show through the clear areas. I think it is almost a dead-art as the success of getting decent transfer results has waned since the copy places have upgraded their machines.
